How does this fit with the plan I am already on?

Plans differ, so what the Ai Suite adds depends on where you are starting. On the data side it brings you to all seventeen lead types in one account — if your plan already includes some of the premium categories, it fills in the rest rather than duplicating them. The Ai layer is the part that only comes with the Suite: TargetMatch Ai, SignalAi Heatmaps, Nationwide Ai Preview, the Ai Chatbot, and multi-dimensional search with list stacking. Ai Zip Codes work like the lead types — the Suite brings your total up to three.

Why is this a separate purchase?

The Ai Suite is an upgrade tier, not a feature of the base software. The premium lead types and the Ai models are licensed and computed on their own infrastructure, so they're priced on their own.

What are Ai Zip Codes?

Ai Sellability Scores are calculated per zip code. The Ai Suite includes three Ai Zip Codes of your choice — if your plan already came with one or two, this brings your total up to three. Nationwide Ai Preview lets you spot-check scores anywhere before choosing your zips.

How do the Sellability Scores work?

Every property in your Ai zips is scored 0 to 1,000 for how likely the owner is to sell in the next 90 days, using property attributes, owner activity and local market dynamics. There are three flavors — Wholesale, Rental and Retail — so the score matches your strategy.

What happens when the promo ends?

The price returns to the regular one-time price. If you buy during the promo you keep the price you paid — nothing about your access changes.

How long do I keep access?
